Membership Dues are assessed on a calendar year (January - December) and are NOT prorated. If you are paying dues anytime AFTER September 30, you will be automatically rolled over into the following year.

If you are interested in joining an APLD Chapter, you must complete the chapter dues form and return it, with payment, to headquarters. The chapter dues form can be downloaded here.

You may either fill out an online application using our secure form or feel free to download and print a PDF copy of our membership form and mail or fax it to headquarters at
